GoodBooks makes this process simple and easy. Pay revision is linked with the Addition Deduction menu. This is because the revised pay is directly calculated from the values entered in the Addition Deduction.

Pay revisions menu consists of following:

These different screens under pay revision has the ability to revise pay, each in its own way. For E.g. single employee shows revisions for individual employees while pay group displays pay revisions of a certain pay group.
