Recruitment Management   Step1: Create Work Type (Master) Work Type screen is used to create the different recruitment processes. The recruitment process will differ according to the organization's requirements. Recruiting a fresher to an experienced person, the process will not be the same one. To carry out the seamless recruitment process, this screen can be used to define the various stages and steps for the recruitment process. Go to the Worktype document for a detailed explanation. Once the work type is created, the recruitment steps and stages will be defined. Then the job opening title needs to be created. Step2: Create a Job Opening (Transaction) The job opening is created to define the job title, salary, required skill, roles, and responsibilities, etc. All the particulars for a job opening will be provided to ease the recruitment process and also helps to select the proper candidate. Once the Job opening is created, it can be used for future requirements also. Go to Job Opening for a detailed explanation. The job opening is created, now go to the applicant profile screen for creating a candidate profile who are applied for that particular job opening. Step3: Create an Applicant profile(Transaction) The applicants who are applied through different channels can be collected and a new profile can be created using the applicant screen. The applicant profiles are created to understand the candidate in a better way and to select the correct candidate. Go to the Applicant screen for a detailed explanation. Create all the candidate's profiles who are applied for the job opening. Once the profiles are created, now the job opening with the candidate's profile needs to be linked to ease the recruitment process. Step4: Create a Job View (Transaction) The job view screen is used to link the candidate's profile with the job opening. Once the job opening is linked with all the profiles, it becomes easier to see the candidate's details who are applied for that selected job opening. The details of a job opening and candidate's profiles will be displayed, so the recruiting person can match the required skills with the candidate's profile. Go to Job View Screen for a detailed explanation. Once the Job view is created, the selection process screen is used to define the recruitment results. Step5: Create a selection process (Transaction) The selection process screen will be used in the final stage of the recruitment process. Once all the processes are completed, their results and other details can be entered here. Go to Selection Process Screen for a detailed explanation. If the candidates are cleared at all the stages, then the selection process screen will allow you to send the shortlisted letter to all the candidates.
