Selection Process

The selection process is aimed at finding and hiring the best candidates for job openings. 50 candidates may apply to an opening, ten of them are invited for an in-person interview, and three-person is selected in the end.
This screen will list the applicant who applied for the job and their results from the interview process.
- Job: The job number is needed to be selected here. Once selecting the required job number, the job title will be displayed.
- Applicant: The applicants who are applied for the selected job opening will be listed in this field. If the particular applicant’s name is selected, the complete list of interview stages completed by the applicant will be displayed in the table below.
- The status and results of the interview stages will also be shown in the table.
4. Select any particular row and click the activity button. The activity details lightbox will appear on the screen.
5. Status: Select the result status from the list. If the person is successfully completed the stage, then select the shortlisted status.
6. If the candidate is successfully cleared all the stages, then go to the final stage activity details.
7. Select the letter button to send the letter to the candidate informing that he/she is shortlisted for the job opening.
8. Click the Save button.
