Employee Master is used to capturing the details start from the time an employee joins the organization, and includes personal details, employment contract details like salary, pay grade, joining date, designation, team, division, etc. Multiple tabs are available to capture information including family details, educational qualifications, previous designations, leave balances, loans/advances, etc. Once the new employee joins an organization or the organization needs to add an employee profile in the master, create an employee master profile. Step3: Employee Skill All of your employees and their skills are easily accessible in one place. Filter all of the employees according to their skill sets. Step6: Employee Nominee Goodbooks allows the employee to opt for the nominee who can receive the benefits from the organization in case of any unexpected event. Step7: Employee Salary History Salary history is a unique concept that presents an employee’s past earnings. A salary history typically includes the name of each company, job title, and the salary and benefits package the candidate has received until the previous month. Salary history is different from a salary requirement. Step 8: Employee Working History The employment working history screen is used to store information about the applicant's past employers and companies he/she worked for, job titles and positions held, salary, the dates of employment and attended duties.
