Employee Reference

In this reference screen, the candidate or employee needs to provide valid references. 

The valid reference here denotes the previous Employer or any other professionals. If the employee has joined as a fresher, then this field can be skipped upon requesting the admin. The newly joined employee doesn’t come under this category.

Also, the employee reference may includes details about the employee’s reference by which the employee joined your organization. It also allows you to establish the exact relationship between the reference and the employee, the time known, and the reference’s designation. This helps you to know the credibility of the reference.

There are also provisions for entering information regarding when and by whom the verification process was done.

 

  1. Employee code & name: Choose the employee code and name from the picklist so that details regarding that employee shall be displayed.
  2. Reference: The name of the reference by which the employee joined the organization or any other outside references should be specified here. E.g., This can be the previous Managing Director, senior employer, Team lead, Project head, and cannot be the colleague, few companies don’t accept colleagues. Better the above people will be more entertained.
  3. Company: This is the company where the reference works.
  4. Designation: Here the designation of the reference is needed to be mentioned.
  5. Relationship: The relationship between the reference and the employee can be specified here. Relationships may be personal or professional. E.g. Co-worker.
  6. Time known: Time known is about the amount of time both the reference and employee known each other.
  7. Verified: Confirm if the reference details have been verified.
  8. Employee code & name: This particular employee code and name is of the employee who has done verification of the reference information.
  9. Verified on: The date when the verification took place is entered in this field.
  10. Remarks: Enter any remarks if necessary.
  11. Click the Save button.
