Applicant

Applicant Path: HRMS>Transaction>Recruitment>Applicant The applicant screen is used to store the complete details of the applicant. The applicant may send a resume, cover letter, or any attachment, etc, so this screen will be helpful to store the applicant profile in a clear way. The details can be stored and used for future openings.
  1. Below are the basic required details of the applicant
  • Mail ID
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Alternate Mobile Number
  • Alternate Mail ID

2. URL: The applicants who are applied from social media like LinkedIn or Naukri will have the profile URL. So enter the applicant URL in this field.

3. Applied for Specific Job: The organization will have different job openings. Select the particular job opening for which the applicant is applied.

4. Application Date: This is the date when the applicant is applied for the job opening.

5. Applicant Status: The status of an applicant profile will change during the course of the interview process. Select the status according to the interview process. The open status is selected when creating a new job applicant profile.

13. The Source tab is selected as a default, enter the required details. Source Type: The source where the applicant profile comes from will be selected in this field. The source might be received from social media, job sites, or email. Below are the required details of the applicant.

14. Select the personal tab and enter the required details of the applicant.
  • Father Name:
  • Mother Name:
  • Spouse Name:
  • Blood Group:
  • Marital Status:
  • Sponsor:
  • Nationality:
  • Religion:
  • Caste:
  • Height:
  • Weight:
  • Awards:
  • Hobbies:
  • Extra-Curricular:

15. Select the address tab and enter the address details of the applicant. The below fields are self-explanatory. 16. Select the experience tab and enter the previous experiences of the applicant.
  • Total Experience: Total years of experience of the applicant.
  • Current Employer: The employer whom the applicant currently working with will be entered in this field.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant years of experience of the applicant to the job opening. The applicant might have experience in different areas, the experience related to job opening needs to be entered here.
  • Pay: The amount of pay currently receiving by the employee in his current organization.
17. Select the reference tab and enter the reference details of the applicant. The applicant might be referred by an internal or external partner of the organization. In these cases, references information is required. 18. Select the preference tab and enter the preference details of the applicant. The applicant will have a preference regarding the interview, location, salary, etc. This tab is used to store the applicant's preference for the job.
  • Time to call: This is the preferred time for the applicant to attend the call from the organization. Time preference will depend on the applicant's free time.
  • Willing to Relocate: The out-of-station applicants will have a preference for the job location. Select the yes, if the applicant is willing to relocate to the organization's location.
  • Available From: This is the date from when the applicant will be able to join the organization. The applicant will have a preference on the joining date.
  • Expected Pay: The applicant will have the expected salary for the job opening. The preferred salary range is entered here.
  • Others: The applicant will have a preference such as shift timings, location, etc. Any other preference of the applicant needs to be entered here.
  • Place to Work: The applicant will have a preference for working within the country or outside the country. Depends on the applicant's preference, select the place from the picklist.
19. Select the qualification tab and enter the educational details of the applicant. 20. Select the skills tab and enter the skills possessed by the applicant. 21. Select the Others tab and enter any additional details of the applicant. This field is self-explanatory. 22. Select the Addon tab 23. Click the save button.
