Employee Experience

Path: HRMS>Master>Employee Details>Employee vs Experience The Entry of experience is a basic concept which is mandatory in any organization, the flow of the experience entry has been made simple in most companies. Employee Experience contains details regarding the employee's previous employer. The working history of the employee can be detailed on this screen.
  1. Employee Name: Select the employee name from the picklist.
This field should contain the names of the employees. Selecting a value shall result in information about that employee being displayed.

2. Total Years: Total years add the employee's overall experience and display it in years. This field is calculated automatically based on the values given in the table.

3. The table is consists of various columns to store information about the previous employers.

5. City: The name of a city where the previous employer is located.

Few companies, importantly spend their capital money on Background check verifications, it is considered to be mandatory to upload their exact experiences.
