STEP 1: To Create the Activity Type in Masters
Path: Maintenance>Masters>Activity Type
For e.g.,
- Enter Code as PM
- Enter Preventive Maintenance
- Enter remarks for any explanation if required
- Click save
- Create a relevant code as e.g., MM
- Enter the Name as e.g., Monthly maintenance
- Select the Activity type as Preventive maintenance
- Click save/update

STEP 4: To create an Asset in Masters
Path: Maintenance>Masters>Asset

STEP 5: To create the list of parameters
Path: Maintenance>Masters>Parameter
To create a list of parameters, click here Parameter
STEP 6: To set the parameter for an asset
Path: Maintenance>Masters>Parameter Set

STEP 7: To assign activities to the asset
Path: Maintenance>Masters>Asset Activity
