ONE TIME STEPS TO DO:

STEP 1: To Create the Activity Type in Masters Path: Maintenance>Masters>Activity Type For e.g.,

Enter Code as PM
Enter Preventive Maintenance
Enter remarks for any explanation if required
Click save

Create a relevant code as e.g., MM
Enter the Name as e.g., Monthly maintenance
Select the Activity type as Preventive maintenance
