- Name: Enter the name for the Plan. For example, the appraisal plan for January to June then names like "JANJUN2021".
- Description: Enter any additional details about the plan like "Performance Appraisal for the period Jan-2019 to Jun-2019".
- Type: Set the Appraisal Type whether the KRA is standard or any specific KRA for a specific department in this field.
- Nature: Select the nature type from the following categories.
- Peer-to-Peer: Here the Appraiser is the person, reported by appraising and the appraiser is evaluating by getting information from the person(s) who are all reported to him.
- Reporting-To: Here the appraiser is the person who is reported by appraising.
- 360 Degree: Here the appraiser may be the person who is the sub-ordinate to appraise or superior to appraise.
- Self Appraisal: Apart from the Appraisal nature there is an option that the appraiser can evaluate himself and act as an appraiser.
- Performance Period: Set the period for Performance Appraisal
- Entry Period: The period in which the appraisal Plan is prepared. This is additional information that is not considering anywhere in the appraisal procedure.
- Generate: After entering the above necessary information then click the "Generate" button to generate the plan for these settings.
- Click the Save button to create an appraisal plan.
