Item master has every single information regarding an item. A complete description of the item’s specifications, stock, sales, purchase, etc., related details can be acquired.

Fields & its description:

• Code Category

Select the code category from the given entries.

• Code

Type any code for the item in this field.

• Name/Short Name

Specify the name for the corresponding code you have created for the item along with its short name.

• Status

Select a status from the given options. Choose an option based on the nature of the screen.

Regarding the item’s status in transactions, usually pending among others, can be monitored constantly by clicking on the Where Used button present below.
