• Expiry Item

Confirm if the item is an expiry type item, if so, a field is generated – Life in Days where you are supposed to enter the total lifetime (from manufactured date to expiry) of the item in days.

•  Serviceable Item

If this item can be serviced then specify as such here.

• Spare Item

The item can be a part of another product that is whole. Select Yes if it is a spare item.

• Installation Tracking

If the installation of this item is tracked, then use this field to confirm.

• Warranty Tracking

Some items require tracking of their warranty and this is possible using warranty tracking.

• Warranty Period

Enter the warranty period provided for the products in months.

• Add to Customer Product

If this item is a customer worthy product then select Yes.

• Defect Return

This item may be defective and returned as a result, which can be mentioned in this field.
