• Salable Item

If this item can be sold then mark as such in this field.

• Sales Rate/Sales Rate Inclusive
  

The rate at which this item is sold should be specified. In the next field, enter the rate along with the inclusive figures.

• Rate Type

Rate type can either be variable (using variable pricing policies ) or price list (eg. Dealer Price, Retail Price,  Export Price etc).

• Pricing For

Choose the pricing for items in this field. Pricing for can be either as Item, if the pricing is set item wise or Group, if the price is set for groups.

Check if Discount Applicable, if this item is allowed for availing discounts to customers.

• Max Discount %

This is the maximum discount percentage allowed for the item.

Check if this item can be given for free under certain conditions in Free Applicable?

• MRP Rate

Specify the maximum retail price of the item.

If buy back of goods is necessary then check Buy Back Applicable as Yes.
