MASTER – FAQ – for all the procedures below, kindly log on to the ESS Screen and cross-check the FAQ – Answers from the Master Tab.

  • How to change the present address and the permanent address
    • If in need of change in any of the address, click on the necessary tab and enter the exact details, after entering click on the update button, the changes will be saved.
  • If the present address and the permanent address are the same, should I add both
    • Yes, the screen is designed to enter both the details. For database purposes. But it can be edited as per the decision from the Organization.
  • Why Workflow Approval
    • Workflow approval is added to ease the organization’s request flow. That is the employee’s direct interaction to receive requested for and request to.
  • How to know the status of the Workflow approval
    • Under the Master dashboard tab – in the workflow approval, we can see both “Request by Me” and “Request to Me” tabs, when clicking the preferred tab, we can know the status of the Workflow Approval.
    • A proper email with details will be sent to the logged email id.
  • Where can I see whether the Workflow approval is approved, pending or rejected
    • On the same screen itself we can see the status.
  • Can I change the request after sending it to the concerned person
    • Yes, we can resend the request by clicking the resend option after changing.
    • Once the request is sent, after the concerned person has viewed it, we can either email with the created requested and can be resent.
  • Will I receive an email from the concerned person upon action to my request
    • Yes, whatever the result may be, a default will receive an email.
  • Not able to view the request while accessing the application number
    • Always contact the admin, they will sort out the issue.
  • If the Authorized person didn’t receive my request, can I resend the request again
    • Yes, the employee can resend the request by clicking the same button.
  • What if the Authorized person has received the notification twice on different timings.
    • They will respond back for the request because both the request are the same.
  • If an employee is new, how will the employee know who is the concerned person for approving the request
    • While joining the Organization itself, the employee will undergo the Induction, if not the screen will automatically direct to the concerned person.
  • Should an employee need to fill all the experience attained
    • Yes, it is mandatory to enter all the experience gained, the most needed database for the concern.
  • Should a newly joined employee fill the e-form
    • Concern may ask for an internship which is based on the current career description.
  • I worked for only a few months, must I enter the details
    • Yes, the employee need to enter the detail.
  • Whose reference can be added to the reference list
    • It can be Managing director, Authorized person, or immediate head for the employee.
  • Company is in a different location, should I mention it
    • Yes, the detail has to be entered.
    • If the same company also we need to enter.
  • My Course or Institute is not listed in the column, whom should I contact to change it
    • Contact the admin for adding.
  • Can I add a dual specialization degree
    • It is an added advantage, we can enter with valid proof of degree earned.
  • The position is for PG category, can I add my UG degree also
    • As said, earlier it may be needed for future endeavors.
  • Can I add my certification course
    • Should add, in case for the performance appraisal or internal transfer for the particular skill
  • I have an online course completion is it possible to add
    • If the online institute is recognized it can be added.
    • Or can contact admin for uploading it.
  • Can I add an Internship cum course certificate
    • It will be a added advantage, because adding the internship is always valid and also with certificate with experience is much appreciated.
  • Whom can I select as a nominee
    • ESI – family members and dependents.
    • PF – Based on the employee preference.
    • Gratuity – it can be only legal heir
  • Is there any restrictions on the percentage option
    • Completely based on the employee’s wish.
    • Certain percentage can be chose, contact admin for details.
  • ESI – Who are all the nominees for ESI, should the husband/wife must be the nominee or my parents also.
    • It can be as follows.
      • Spouse
      • Minor dependent son
      • Dependent unmarried daughter
      • Dependent son receiving education
      • Dependent infirm son
      • Dependent infirm unmarried daughter
      • Dependent father
