User access rights is used to control the access period of any user. This makes sure that the user does not gain access when the set period is completed.

Fields & its description:

• USER ID

Select the specific user from the given list of users.

• Type

OU and OU Group are the two types available under type. Select one and proceed accordingly.

• Org Unit

Choose an organization unit for which these settings are to be applied.

• Org Group

Select an org. group or choose none as your option.

• Period

This refers to the period cycle you have created. So as soon as the period is completed, the access rights are withdrawn. E.g. Selecting 3 as period will result in access rights for 3 cycles of the period for the user.
