User Access Rights

User access rights is used to control the access period of any user. This makes sure that the user does not gain access when the set period is completed. useraccess Fields & its description:
  • USER ID
Select the specific user from the given list of users.
  • Type
OU and OU Group are the two types available under type. Select one and proceed accordingly.
  • Org Unit
Choose an organization unit for which these settings are to be applied.
  • Org Group
Select an org. group or choose none as your option.
  • Period
This refers to the period cycle you have created. So as soon as the period is completed, the access rights are withdrawn. E.g. Selecting 3 as period will result in access rights for 3 cycles of the period for the user.
