- How I can see my Month wise payslip
- Login with the credentials in Employee Self-service - Go to Reports Tab - click on the payslip sub-tab and enter the details given there, view your months’ payslip
- Can an employee submit this payslip for a loan or any external purpose
- Yes, the employee can view or download, but submitting the payslip for any purpose of the loan, should consult with the concerns Accounts department of Admin.
- Does Salary list also be accepted as proof for my external purpose
- It can also be accepted, as stated above prior permission is necessary.
- If the daily attendance has any changes in related to shift timings, can I submit for corrections
- Yes, can contact the admin for the details
- Why my DA not showing my Overtime hours or days
- Might be internet issues while logging in.
- Or the punch time is not properly captured, in case of biometric attendance, have to recheck the punch in time.
- Or DA not yet configured with the Overtime entries.
- What is OT Factor% hours
- Overtime factor% hours
- My paid days are not reflecting
- Maybe not allocated, contact Admin for clarification.
- If the paid days not reflecting, it might have been expired or not scheduled
- Does Comp-off apply for weekend shift hours
- If the shift hour is extended to work extra in the weekend, then the comp-off is applicable.
- If the weekend is the shift hour scheduled, then the comp-off may not be applicable.
- What is OT calculated hours
- Overtime hours are calculated based on the extra hours the employee has spent on the shift.
- Can I take a print out of my reports
- Yes, wherever the print out options are given, the reports can be printed, for example, payslips.
