Attendance Register Creation

Register Creation is used to create an attendance register for the Pay Period as chosen by the organization.

Attendance register creation is very important for Salary Processing. The register creation is created for a newly joining employee and for the existing employees. The Register creation can be made available after creating it in the Shift pattern tool, adding the employee details can be done in the Employee Master. 

The register created here will be added to the Daily Attendance screen.

Path: HRMS> Transaction> Attendance> Register Creation

The register creation screen will be displayed.

Example: 

  1. Pay Period: Select the pay period from the pick list for which the attendance register is to be created.

 

2. From &T0:  Dates get generated automatically as created in the Pay Period.

3. Effective From: Enter the date same as From date displayed above. It is usually the same date as the Pay Period start date.

4. For Single Employee: Select this check box if you need to create a register for a specific employee. Selecting this option will result in additional fields being generated – employee name & employee code.

 

5. Click the Process button.
