Reference
Earlier we discussed entering the employee experience. In this reference sub-button, the candidate or employee needs to provide valid references. The valid reference here denotes from the previous Employer. If the employee has joined as a fresher, then this field can be skipped upon requesting the admin. Either way, the newly joined employee doesn’t come under this category, basically, the rights will be kept hidden by the authorized person. Each entry is considered to be genuinely provided by the employee who is newly joined or for the existing employee. Have to add rows if an employee has more than one work experience. Need to click on the +Add row and enter the details. Reference Name - This can be the previous Managing Director, senior employer, Team lead, Project head and cannot be the colleague, few companies don’t accept colleagues. Better the above people will be more entertained. And other tabs default to follow the reference field, these are the default options to be entered Because when the employee is opting for an Internal transfer, designation or increment. The above data represents as a checklist for the particular department or the concerns Human Resources department for processing the profile, in case after so long years of working and suddenly if any discrepancy occurs, then the scrutiny of checking with Background check verification becomes strong with legal proceedings. If the data entered is correct then save the data or we can delete the mid entered data and save the entry.Revisions
