Qualification
We all know the Organization hires candidates as per their education for executive levels. Entering the qualification helps the organization or department heads to push them for higher profiles. Based on the Recruitment pre-requisites the Job Description is framed keeping the Qualification as a priority. Therefore the entry of Qualification is a mandatory requirement in any organization. Entering an educational qualification is mandatory. Based on the recruitment pre-requisites the roles, responsibilities & job description is framed keeping qualification as a key input. The Employee Qualification section captures the qualification, institute, years at the institute, duration of the course, and the grades achieved. It also has a remark space to capture personal achievements. The Employee Qualification is a default format which can be easily filled for data purpose. For additional qualifications, more rows can be added by clicking the “Add Row ” button. It is mandatory to enter all qualifications of the candidate as it helps the organization & department heads to decide any vertical & lateral role shifts, promotions & increments. Sample Format
