- Type: The type of equipment in which the maintenance process will be carried out might be of different types such as asset, machine, resources. Select the type depending on the equipment.
- Asset Type: Select the appropriate asset type. A group of assets will be combined under a single asset type depending on the function, usage, etc. The list will show the existing asset types.
- Asset: The asset type is consists of various assets, each and every asset will be differentiated from another using the specific name. Enter the required asset name.
- Activity: Different maintenance procedures are already created in the activity screen. The list of various activities will be displayed, select the appropriate maintenance activity.
- Assigned To: This field is used to assign the maintenance activity to the particular user/particular group of users or specific designation/specific employee.
User: Select this button to assign the maintenance activity to the particular user.
User Group: Select this button to assign the maintenance activity to a particular group of users.
Role: To assign the maintenance activities to a particular role such as manager, technician, etc., select this button.
Employee: To assign the maintenance activities to a specific employee, select this button.
6. Parameter Set: The parameter set which is already created will be listed here. The parameter set will consist of various checklists to perform the maintenance process.
7. Last Generated Till: This field will show the date of the last maintenance occurred.
8. Advance: The advance field is used to insert the cron expression which is created externally.
The Cron Gen Link button is used to create a new cron expression as per the requirements.9. Duration: The total duration taken to complete the maintenance process will be entered here.
10. Grace Time: An additional grace time will be used for the maintenance process in case the process exceeds a normal duration. The required grace time is needed to be entered here.
11. Ticket Time: The ticket time can be a time period taken to raise a query if breakdown maintenance occurs.
12. Expiry Time: The total time period will be taken to complete the maintenance process is needed to be entered here.
13. Cron Generator: The cron generator is used to generate the cron expressions.
14. Scheduler: The scheduler will have multiple tabs to specify a month, dates, week, days for the maintenance process.
- Select Months: The month in which the maintenance process is needed to be selected here.
- Select Dates: The dates of a selected month in which the maintenance process is needed to be selected here.

15. Click the Save button.
