Performance Measure

Performance Measurement is the process of collecting, analyzing, and/or reporting information regarding the performance of an individual, group, organization.

Performance Measurement is used in Key Result Area.  KRA is having more than one Performance Measure. The Measure is used to evaluate the productivity of individuals or companies over a set period of time.

Some examples of Performance Measure

  • Number of working days at the end of the month in percentage
  • Consistency in deliverable
  • Target achievement in percentage

  1. Above is the sample list of measures entered through Good book.  To enter new Measure click (“+“) icon.
  2. Name: The name of a performance measure is used to define an evaluation type that is created here. Enter the name as per the process.
  3. Description: The descriptive definition of performance measure is needed to be entered here.
  4. KRA: Select the KRA which is created before. The KRA’s are need to be predefined before creating the Performance measure.
  5. List of Value: The Measure option type will be selected here. Once the type is selected, the different measure options under the selected measure options type can be used in this performance measure.
  6. Descriptive Reason Required: If the Yes button is selected, then it will enable the descriptive reason box for the user. So the user can enter the explanation during evaluation.
  7. Remarks: Enter any details regarding the performance measure.
  8. Click the Save button to create the performance measure.
