- Location: Choose the location of the party which may be head office or otherwise.
Now click on add row which displays a window like an image above. Here you must enter the details about the product.
3. Item Code/Name: Select an item code and name for which details are to be saved.
4. Coverage Status: These are various coverage statuses regarding the product. Choose anyone that is most suitable.
- Comprehensive - An all-out product coverage with complete features.
- Non-Comprehensive - This may not cover as much as the last type.
- Free - In cases where the product was offered for free.
- Labour Only - Only labour (service) is applicable in this type.
- MFR. Contract - A manufacturing contract is involved for this type.
- Warranty - Only warranty is applicable.
- Not Covered - This means that the product is not covered by any means.
