Party Product

Party Product can be used to check on products that are specialized based on the party that you choose to look at details like warranty, invoice and others. partprod
  1. Party: Select the party for which the product information is to be saved.
  2. Location: Choose the location of the party which may be head office or otherwise.
partyprod Now click on add row which displays a window like an image above. Here you must enter the details about the product. 3.  Item Code/Name: Select an item code and name for which details are to be saved.       4. Coverage Status: These are various coverage statuses regarding the product. Choose anyone that is most suitable.
  • Comprehensive           - An all-out product coverage with complete features.
  • Non-Comprehensive - This may not cover as much as the last type.
  • Free                                  - In cases where the product was offered for free.
  • Labour Only                  - Only labour (service) is applicable in this type.
  • MFR. Contract              - A manufacturing contract is involved for this type.
  • Warranty                         - Only warranty is applicable.
  • Not Covered                   - This means that the product is not covered by any means.
     5. Quantity: Enter the total quantity of the product here. 6. Supplier: In this section, enter details about your supplier      7. Manufacturer Slno: Enter the manufacturer slno provided by the supplier in this field.      8. Supplier: Select the supplier responsible for this product.      9. Warranty from/to date: Specify the warranty period provided for the product by the supplier in these fields. 10. Invoice Number/Date: Enter the product's sales invoice number along with its date.      11. Labour/Parts Expiry date: Specify the expiry dates for labour service and specific parts of the product provided by your organization.      12. Warranty from/to date: Mention the warranty period provided for the product by your organization.      13. Installation date: Here the date when the installation took place should be selected. If there is any description required regarding the party product then type the same in the Particulars column. You can also edit rows by clicking on the Edit button. But make sure you have selected a row before editing.
