- Biz Transaction Type: The Business Transaction type is a predefined one, select the required type depends on the requirements.
- Overtime No: The Overtime Number will be generated automatically, once the details are filled in. Each overtime entry will be having different overtime numbers.
- For the Date: The date on which an overtime entry record is created will need to be entered here.
- Remarks: Write any remarks for the overtime entry. The details and why the overtime entry is created can be entered here.
- Filter: The filter button will enable the user to segregate the employee depends on the department, work type, employee type, and staff type, etc.
- Advanced Filter: Click the yes from the list to enable the advance filter. The advanced filter provides an efficient way to filter the required employee with names and dates.
- Date From/Date To: The start and end date of the overtime hours done by the employees.
- Employee Name: The employees who are done overtime for the selected date is needed to be chosen here.
- As the picture illustrates, the table is a previously captured entry of a person who has worked overtime on the days mentioned in the remarks, so as per the days the Overtime entry days with hours will be matched and prioritized.
- Click the Save button to record the overtime entry.
