- BizTransaction Type: The BizTransaction Type will be selected automatically in this field.
- Leave/On Duty No: The Leave number is automatically filled once the providing the necessary details in this screen.
- Date: Select the date when the employee will be requesting the leave.
- Reference No: Enter the reference number if required.
- Date: The date when the employee is applying for the leave will be selected here.
- Employee Name: Select the name of the employee who is requesting leave.
- Valid From & To: Enter the leave period by providing the start and end date in the Valid From and To field.
- Leave/On Duty Type: There are different types of leave, select the type of leave required by the employee. E.g. Sick leave.
- Remarks: Enter the remarks such as the reason for raising the leave request.
- Leave/On Duty Days: Enter the total number of leave days applied by the employee.
- Now click on the Fill button which results in the entries being filled in the table. If there is a half-day leave, click on the Days column in the table and specify it as 0.5. Doing so will automatically fill the Leave Days.
- The Available Leaves table will show the number of leaves present for the employee.
- Click the Save button.
- Wait till the popup appears on the screen to confirm that the leave request is sent.
