The item party transaction type must be chosen here. Purchase and Sales can be selected if this item party is used for purchases or sales. Similarly, for subcontracting process choose Process Job Work.
When your organization is in the role of a subcontractor accepting job orders, then choose Process Job Order.

• Lot Size

Enter the standard lot size of the item party in numbers.

• MOQ

Minimum Order Quantity regulations may be followed by your organization. Specify the quantity here.

• Lead Days

Enter the lead days allowed for this item here.

• Status

Select the status of the item party here. Mention if the item is approved, rejected or pending with respect to transactional availability. Besides these options, mention if this item party is at trial stages.

• Rank

Use ranking based on item quality, prices, delivery time and method or overall (altogether) for parties and their respective items. This will help in identifying the most competent parties.
