Details about the item party like the type of transaction, rank, status, etc., can be known using this section of the screen.

Fields & its description:

Type

The item party transaction type must be chosen here. Purchase and Sales can be selected if this item party is used for purchases or sales. Similarly, for subcontracting process choose Process Job Work. When your organization is in the role of a subcontractor accepting job orders, then choose Process Job Order.

Lot Size

Enter the standard lot size of the item party in numbers.

MOQ

Minimum Order Quantity regulations may be followed by your organization. Specify the quantity here.

Lead Days

Enter the lead days allowed for this item here.

Status
