Some of these classification may not applicable to your organization either currently or permanently. Please use what is useful and applicable to your organization.   Please note that fields marked with * are mandatory and you are requested to fill/select appropriate values in these fields without fail.

For each of these classification, the correct applicable values from the list for the item has to be selected.  (The values in each of the  list, can be created in the respective forms.)
