With large number of materials in an organization, it is required to be analyzed and classified in multiple characteristics.  Goodbooks offers various such classification methods.  Various types of analysis can be done and control may be implemented using these classification. Some of these classification may not applicable to your organization either currently or permanently. Please use what is useful and applicable to your organization.   Please note that fields marked with * are mandatory and you are requested to fill/select appropriate values in these fields without fail. The following are the classification methods of items :
