HRMS-Reports-Key Result Area

Path : HRMS->Reports->Appraisal->KRAwise performance Key Responsibility (Result Area) directly follow from job description of a person and represents the areas in which he or she is expected to perform. Often Managers face difficulty in creating Goals (Key Responsibility Areas or KRAs) for their team members or company To get the records (history of action) of Key Responsible and the performance of the same for the period, Goodbooks having option to take individual person ( employees ) performance.

From this report we can see the performance of the employee / person in all specific area which is related to him / her. For each area there will be a separate evaluates and all their evaluation results in terms of marks is grouped in this report.
