There are few more settings needed to be set to work the process effectively.
Reset user password : user can reset the password
Password Type :
Generated : The password will be generated by the Goodbooks
Entered : user needed to set the password
Roll : Set the Roll of the user
Login Name : Set the Login Name to user the GoodbooksErp
DOB : Set the date of birth
Type : There are 2 way we can create user in GB. Through employee registration is one method and through Contact list is an another method. This will be set by GB automatically based the source of creation.
Organization Unit : Every user have an account in any one organization. Set the organisation here.
Mail Id : Set the Mail Id of the user which is used all Goodbooks communication.
Mobile and Phone : Set the Mobile number , phone number for contact.
Valid From & Valid To : Set the usage period for the user.
Goodbooks allows to set format of date, time and quantity for the user.
Number of Sessions : Goodbooks allows the user can open Software in multiple times using the username assign to him. Here option to limit the numbers.
Login on Work Days Only : User is restricted to login only on working (calendar) days as per the company policy.
Login and Logout Time : GB having option to restrict the user to login in predefined time.
Login Machine and Login IP : GB having option to allow the user to login from specific machine and IP.
Digital Signature File : Upload digital signature file .
Status : User created for the first time the value set for this option as "Live". Administrator can reset the value in future.
Once the user is configured then the next step is to give Access Rights to the user
