- DA Point Group: Dearness Allowance is based upon the allowances the employee will be provided with. Employers pay basic salaries to their employees according to the respective pay scale. The important component added to the salary is Dearness Allowance or DA. According to the DA, the employee will be mapped to the configuration.
- Employee Type: The employee can be a company staff or contract worker etc. Depends on the type of employment, select the required type from the picklist.
- Designation: The designation of the employee is needs to be selected here.
- Segment: The employee can be an experienced person, or joining in a senior position, select the type under which segment the employee is brought into account.
- Staff Type: The employee might be a permanent staff, office staff or general staff, etc. Select the staff type from the picklist as required.
- Work Type: The type of work an employee is doing in the organization. is needs to be selected here. The employee can be a manager, junior engineer, operator, etc.
- Subunit: In the Organization, there will be departments working as a unit-based system, the employee will be framed under one sub-unit or unit. For example, a manufacturing unit. Select the unit name where the employee belongs.
- Location: The location where an employee is working will be selected here.
- Destination: Select the employee destination.
- Department: Select the department where the employee is working.
- Employee Group: The employees can be grouped under the activities performed by them. Select the employee group as required.
- Salary Grade: Select the pay level of the employee.
- Click the next tab and enter the required details.
