- DA Point Group: Dearness Allowance is based upon the allowances the employee will be provided with. Employers pay basic salaries to their employees according to the respective pay scale. - Subunit: In the Organization, there will be departments working as a unit-based system, the employee will be framed under one sub-unit or unit. For example, a manufacturing unit. Select the unit name where the employee belongs.
- Location: The location where an employee is working will be selected here.
- Destination: Select the employee destination.
- Department: Select the department where the employee is working.
- Employee Group: The employees can be grouped under the activities performed by them. Select the employee group as required.
- Salary Grade: Select the pay level of the employee.
