Employee Master-ESI

Employee State Insurance (ESI) is simplified in this tab so that all the information can be easily viewed and managed. Select yes in the ESI applicable field to view the rest of the information. ESI: Click the ESI tab and enter the required details.
  • ESI Applicable?: Select from the picklist.
    • YES: Select yes if the employee is applicable for the ESI amount.
    • NO: Select no if the employee is not applicable for the ESI amount.
   
  • Dispensary: Enter the dispensary amount for the employee.
  • ESI Number: Enter the ESI number of the employee.
  • Employee ESI Percentage: Enter the percentage of employee contribution to the ESI amount. Employee ESI % is the value collected from the employee's salary for ESI by your organization.
  • Status: Select the status from the given three options. This is the current membership status of the employee with respect to ESI.
  • Employer ESI Percentage: Enter the percentage of employer contribution to the ESI amount. Employer ESI % is the value collected from the organization for ESI. This should be in percentage.
  • Date of ESI Join & End: This field should contain the date when the employee joined and ended the ESI scheme. Enter the ESI joining and ending date of the employee.
  • Reason: Enter the reasons for leaving the company.
  • Hourly Basis: Select from the picklist.
