Call details tab of Call Registration lets you store additional information regarding the call made. This can be details about warranty, invoice and other information.
Fields & its description:
This is usually Customer Product. But alternatives can also be selected. This selection is in reference to Product field.
Selecting the product will generate entries automatically in several fields below (Warranty and invoice).
If applicable enter the manufacturer serial number here.
From the call, choose the problem from this field.
These are various coverage statuses regarding the product. Choose any one that is most suitable.
Comprehensive – An all out product coverage with complete features.
Non Comprehensive – This may not cover as much as the last type.
Free – In cases where the product was offered for free.
Labour Only – Only labour (service) is applicable in this type.
MFR. Contract – Manufacturing contract is involved for this type.
Warranty – Only warranty is applicable.
Not Covered – This means that the product is not covered by any means.
Enter details regarding the call, both the action taken and remarks made by the customer in the two respective remarks columns.
