Attendance – Daily Attendance

Daily Attendance has information about an employee's daily attendance details for a specified period. You can also know about multiple employees' attendance details for any single day. There are two types in Daily Attendance:
  1. Single Employee:
If you have selected Single Employee in the type then proceed with the following.
  • From & To
Specify the required period in the From and To date field.
  • Employee Code & Name
Select the code or name of the employee so that details about the period particular to that employee's attendance shall be displayed. dailatten 2. Multiple Employee:
  • From & To
In multiple employee, specify the single day for which you require the details.
  • Department & Shift
Specify the department and shift if necessary and click on the load button to produce entries related to those values in the table.   In the table, the Actual Work Type can be used to designate the work type of the employee. Day Type allows you to specify the day, e.g. Full working, half working, leave, holiday etc. Compensate Working indicates that the employee is working for compensation. This can be due to the leave the employee took previously, on which date Compensate Off was selected. E.g. If 10 Dec is selected as Compensate Off in the Day Type as requested by the employee. The employee can compensate that day by working on another date, say 17 Dec. Then 17 Dec is Compensate working. If your option is leave then specify leave type, e.g. sick leave. Enter the other fields if need be, Shift field is selected automatically otherwise specify.
