Appraisal Entry

Performance Appraisal Management is a component of the Goodbooks HRMS, it helps you to utilize the best of your human resource pool. Implement appraisal strategies to keep the motivational and performance level. The performance appraisal management allows you to create Top-Down or Bottom-up evaluation plans and give timely feedback and compliments for accomplishments. The appraisal entry screen offers an efficient way to check individual employee performance and all the quality evaluations done by the employee. Go to Path: HRMS-Transaction-Appraisal-Appraisal Entry
  1. Appraisal Plan: The appraisal plans are created to evaluate the employee performance, select the required appraisal plan from the list.
  2. Appraisal Type: The appraisal plan can be segregated into different departments and employees etc. Depends on the employee select the appraisal type.
  3. Performance Period: Select the start and end date where the performance evaluation is done.
  4. Type: The type in which the performance evaluation is done will be reflected here once selecting the appraisal details.
  5. Status: The status of an appraisal will be reflected here. If the appraisal is not completed, then it will show pending.
  6. Employee: Select the employee name for whom the appraisal evaluation needs to be reviewed.
  7. Designation: The designation of a selected employee will be reflected here once selecting the employee's name.
  8. Department: The department where a selected employee will be working is reflected here.
  9. Evaluator: The name or position of an employee who has done an appraisal evaluation for a selected employee is needed to be selected here.
  10. Designation: The designation of a selected evaluator will be reflected here once selecting the evaluator's name.
  11. Department: The department where a selected evaluator will be working is reflected here.
  12. Score: The score achieved by an employee from the appraisal evaluation will be shown here.
  13. The below table is consists of different KRAs, its score, and weightage for the selected employee.
  14. Click the Save button to create an appraisal entry.
