Permission Application

Allotting employee permission on his duty time for a requested duration. It may be on his/her working hours, on-duty permission. The below screen helps us to understand the fields to enter for applying the duration requested for permission. Permission Request:   On Duty Request:  Number - As we already know, this number creation is in the rights of the Admin. But this being an important task, to know on what purpose the number is created. This specific number denotes the Permission and On-duty taken on what basis in turn which is also stored for the future database. To create the Number on what basis it has to appear, contact admin. Type - Select whether On-duty or Permission and opt for which date it needs to be sanctioned, it may be the same day or following dates. From time - To time Enter the exact time, the Permission or On-duty has to be approved, and after selecting the time it will show the duration. We can see that an employee has selected two hours to get scheduled, and after this, he has to write the reason the purpose is needed. If it is for any emergency reason, it can be mentioned in the provision given in the screen. The employee needs to enter the location for database purposes for the Organizations clear understanding. As you see the above picture, the different types of Permission/On-Duty, requested by the employee. Practically it depends upon the HR or Organization to decide the Permission or OnDuty to sanction it. These are a few examples for our understanding After completing all the entries, click on the Update button and the request reaches the contact person who has to sanction the request or approval.
