The advance function is available under the Transactions option in the Payroll menu. GoodBooks ERP helps to manage advances awarded to the employees. It has three types of screens:
The advance Request screen can store details regarding the advance requested by the employee. Here, advance type, the required amount, and dates are some of the significant information that can be stored.
Advance Payment has the complete payment details of the advance. In this, the payment status can be selected. Details regarding the interest given, installments, monthly deduction, etc. are some of the fields.
The advance Repayment screen is used to record the advance repayment by the employee. Here, the amount repaid, remaining amount, and installments are some of the details under this screen.
