Address Entry

The Address entry is a mandatory detail about the employee that has to be entered in the database. The address entry is a useful database to be captured, in case of emergency, proof of residence evidence, or any official details that have to be contacted physically the Address Entry is very needed. Path - ({ESS - Master tab - Address Entry})   The brief explanation of how to enter the address entry, these two tabs where the employee has to enter the address details after clicking the Address Tab Present and Permanent Address comes under address entry, the employee needs to enter both the address for references. Manually enter the details, but for City, Country, Region select from the scroll-down option,  For both the address entry pages these are set as default. These are usual entries fill when an employee newly joins or when the employee has a change in their address either present or permanent. Companies, nowadays insist their existing employees enter their specific details, As the present address sub-radio button is entered the employee should also fill the permanent address which also has the same entries. A very simple process, after the entry, click on the update radio button if there are any changes. Follow the steps mentioned to save or to update both the Address entries The employee has to update the present or permanent address, that is if the employee’s current address is changed from previously mentioned, the employee has to enter the details in the ESS and then click on the “Update” button which captures the data entered when clicked for submission. Please do follow these, when there is a change in the address, submission of proof of data is mandatory in an Organization.
