- Employee Code - Upon selecting the employee code, the following details will be linked for further procedures. Keeping employee code first, and under the code, each and every transaction for the employee will be executed.
- Employee Name: Default created when the employee code is created.
- Pay Period: A pay period is a shift time over which employee time is recorded and paid. Examples of pay periods are weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. A weekly pay period results in 52 paychecks in a year. This gives the payroll clerk time to calculate pay for these employees. When the employee has joined, they must be added to begin the start of a payment processing period, for example, see below
4. Pattern: As per adding the employee, the pattern the employee is entitled to should be allotted in relation to the shift.
The Organization will have its own routine of patterns for the nature of the job as said earlier, it changes as per the decision from the management end.5. Shift: In any of the above selected, the shift will also be allotted.
