New feature in reports

View settings has been added in all the reports. Now you can easily add or remove fields from any report using this option.

• Click on Options button from a report and choose the option “View Settings”.

• A small popup box with random code appears, click OK.

• Now the view box appears, this will show all the existing views. Select Add to create a new customized view.

• A new window (shown below) appears allowing you to configure the report view.

• After your configuration, you can save this setting as a template for future reference.

Workbench changes with new fields

New remarks and parent task fields is introduced in the workbench screen.

• Every time you try to update your tasks, you are required to enter the reason in the remarks field.

• Now you can easily change the parent of a task instead of going to the Task screen using this field. This is particularly useful when parent task hours are over.

Comment Box changes

• Few changes to the design of comment box.

• Now username instead of user code is displayed.
