  New feature in reports View settings has been added in all the reports. Now you can easily add or remove fields from any report using this option.  
  • Click on Options button from a report and choose the option "View Settings".
  • A small popup box with random code appears, click OK.
  • Now the view box appears, this will show all the existing views. Select Add to create a new customized view.
  • A new window (shown below) appears allowing you to configure the report view.
  • After your configuration, you can save this setting as a template for future reference.
    vyew     Workbench changes with new fields New remarks and parent task fields is introduced in the workbench screen.
  • Every time you try to update your tasks, you are required to enter the reason in the remarks field.
  • Now you can easily change the parent of a task instead of going to the Task screen using this field. This is particularly useful when parent task hours are over.
Path to Check: CRM > Transaction > Workbench     Comment Box changes
  • Few changes to the design of comment box.
  • Now username instead of user code is displayed.

  • This is a simple summary report with details about the item to be produced, its quantity and work order information.
  • Keep track of the work order with produced and balance quantity details also.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
 

Multiple bug points have been corrected and new features developed

  11595 – Default remarks being filled in the remarks field of Gate Entry transaction has been removed. 11216 – Issue in Task screen did not allow searching by task name to work and this has been fixed. 11609 – Functionality problem in Periodic Overall screen where deleting was not possible. Now saved entries can be deleted. 11530 – Saving manual number issue in Code Category is corrected with the right validation messages letting users differentiate between auto and manual type. 11616 – Formula field report for devsys data kept showing empty values and this is rectified with file configuration updates. 11627 – Criteria report error in Facility Management displayed null values and this has been fixed by format correction.
