Select the person in charge of completing this service transaction.

Also enter the date and time of completion in Completed On and Time field.

• Call is closed

Confirm if the call is completed and closed by checking this field.

• Closed By

Select the person in charge of closing this service transaction.

Also enter the date and time of closing in Closed On and Time field. Enter description regarding the same in the remarks column.
