Solution

Path: Maintenance>Master>Solution

The solution screen is responsible for defining solutions along with details of the time usually taken to solve them. This can be considered as a response to the problem screen and their relationship can be understood by checking Problem vs Solution.

1. Code/Name: Enter a code and its corresponding name of the solution that is to be defined in these fields.
2. Estimated Time: Specify the estimated time taken to solve the problem.
3. Remark: Now you must explain the solution for the problem in the right order and in language that is comprehensible in the remarks field.
4. Click the Save button
