Year End Posting is an accounting procedure undertaken at the end of the year to close out business from the previous year. It carries forward balances from the previous year, and posts accounts for the upcoming year. Financial statements can be created from this data. Expenses are excluded from this posting.
This screen is to be used once a year when the financial year ends. Specify only the period in this screen and click on Yes. Doing so will carry forward the balances onto the next year.
