Work Type

Work Type screen is used to create the different recruitment processes. The process will differ according to the requirement. Recruiting a fresher to an experienced person, the process will not be the same one. To carry out the seamless recruitment process, this screen will define the various stages and steps of the recruitment process. Path: HRMS>Master>Recruitment>Worktype The work type screen will be opened on the display.
  1. Code: The Code is used to define the work type name in a simpler way. If the work type name is Project Management, then the code will be PM.
  2. Name: The name of a work type is needed to be entered here.
  3. Allocation Based: If the recruitment process is based on allocation, then select yes from the picklist.
  4. Allocation Type: Select the allocation type from the picklist.
  5. Find & Replace: The find and replace button is used to identify the particular word and replace it with another word. Enter the word that needs to be replaced in the Find field. Enter the new word and click the find&replace button.
  6. Remarks: The detailed remarks for the work type is needed to be entered here.
  7. The below table will list the steps and stages details of the work type.
Level: The work will be selected as a default in the level field. Type: The activity will be selected as a default in the type field. Particulars: For every process, the activity will be created. So the respective activity name is selected from the picklist. Description: For each step, the descriptive detail is needed to be entered here. Ass. To-Type:  The type of person who will be working on this stage is selected here. The person might be an employee or a third party person etc. Assignee: Once the assignee type is selected. The person available on the selected list will be shown in the assignee picklist. Select the employee's name from the picklist to assign the stage. Stage: The recruitment process will be having different stages, depends on the order select the stages. The stages are already created using the Master screen. To create a new stage click here Steps: Every stage will be having various steps, according to the process order select the steps for the stages. The stages may have multiples steps, select the same stage again and select the different steps. Duration: The planned duration for the selected step is needed to be entered here. Percentage: On the whole recruitment process, the selected step will be having a particular weightage value. So the weightage percentage is entered here. Remarks: The remarks for a selected step is needed to be entered here. 8. Click the Save button. The following confirmation message will pop up will appear on the screen after the details are saved.
