Work Order Work Bench

Work order work bench lists all your work orders in an ordered way letting you perform actions like changing the status of the work order. There is a filter option that can generate work orders based on the criteria you give. WOwrkbnch Fields & its description:
  • Filter
Click on this button to open a popup box like the one below where you input your filters to generate work orders that comply to your criteria. Filter Popup
  • Location Type
Select a location type which can be either inhouse within your organization or subcontract which is for outsourced work.
  • Work Order Status
Choose a WO status to generate WOs from that type here. E.g. If you choose Closed, then all the closed WOs will be loaded. WOfilter
  • Resource Type
The third filter is the assigned status of the resource type. Select one accordingly to load the respective statuses. Once you click Load, all the work orders matching your criteria will be displayed. Check a work order row to edit the status from its current state. Make sure the work order is checked otherwise the changes you make will not be noted. After updating the statuses, click on the update button below.
