Work Order Generation

Work Order refers to production work with certain specifications to finish a product under a schedule with appropriate resources. Work Order generation is an automating screen that retrieves and loads information from relevant transaction orders (Sales order, Material Indent, etc.). WOprep Fields & its description: Please note that most of the fields here do not accept inputs as they load entries from other screens.
  • Allocation
Allocation displays the entity for which
  • Party & Party Branch
The party and party branch for which the work order is to be issued is displayed in these fields respectively.
  • Item Code/Name
Items relevant to this transaction will be displayed. Choose the required item from the list. This will fill the total and pending quantity below.
  • SKU
The Stock Keeping Unit of the item is shown.
  • Total/Pending Qty
Loaded after the item is selected. Total quantity of the item whether it is pending or otherwise is shown in their respective fields.
  • Work Order Qty
Enter the quantity considered for the assigned work order process. If the item has a valid routing process, then it is shown here.
  • Received On
Specify the date you officially received the work order here. The table will be shown based on the availability of routing information. Stage/Step lets users keep track of the level of any produced item. This is also necessary when BOM information is required. Even information such as the related processlocation and work center where routing takes place is shown in the table. Party and branch for which this item is responsible for is displayed. Similarly other general details along with First and Last Delivery shows the date when the first transaction and most recent transaction took place. To get more information on these fields, refer to the routing screen help linked above.
